What can Pathwork do for you?
Pathwork is a very personal path that involves self facing and hard work that leads to a more real, vital, connected life. It is not a quick fix, but provides to tools to transform one’s self on all levels, if you are patient and willing.
Pathwork can support you in:
• the unfolding of your spiritual connection
• becoming more fulfilled and happy in relationships
• the finding and healing of your misconceptions
• understand more about what is unseen and involuntary in you and in the world
• becoming more authentic
• becoming more relaxed and capable
Free Presentation: a casual gathering where a Pathwork Helper shares the reading of a lecture, and invites dialogue about it amongst those present. Usually consists of three to twelve participants.
Lecture Study: a group of people gather over a period of weeks to study a group of lectures in depth, and dialogue and participate in exercises
Individual Sessions: a client, or “worker” will meet with a teacher, or “helper” in person or on the phone to dialogue about personal issues, and to explore their personal growth.
Couples Sessions: two people in relationship meet with a helper to explore issues or deepen intimacy.
Process Group: a group of people commit to meeting on a regular basis to work with the lecture material and process with each other under the guidance of a trained helper.
Pathwork Transformation Program: a school wherein classes commit to one year of residential work done on several weekends. Several classes of 8-12 students each and usually two teachers meet simultaneously, forming a larger community of people.
Workshops: gatherings of various sizes and numbers of people gather for one or two days with no further commitments explore a specific theme.
Helper: a person with extensive training in many aspects of Pathwork and psychology and approved by a governing body of a Pathwork Center.
Worker: a person involved in the exploration of their relationship to self and spirit using Pathwork material as one of their tools.
